One important improvement over the Snoozie version: I wouldn’t say “we do not collect sensitive personal information” absolutely for Lily & Luna. Because it’s an intimate wellness brand, a customer could voluntarily mention pelvic-floor symptoms in a support email, review, quiz, or form. The wording above avoids making a promise the business could accidentally break later.
