We don’t expect you to decide whether it belongs in your routine from a product photo or five minutes after opening the box.
Receive it. Read through the Quick Start Guide. Familiarize yourself with Lily and Luna. Follow the recommended instructions and give yourself time to decide whether the system is right for you.
If it isn’t, let us know within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund your purchase in accordance with the terms below.

How to request a refund
- Email hello@trylilyandluna.com with your order number.
- Tell us you’d like to use your 60-day guarantee.
- Our customer care team will reply with the return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Once your eligible return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If you’d like to tell us why Lily & Luna wasn’t right for you, we genuinely appreciate the feedback — but you don’t need to justify your decision.
A few things worth knowing

Lily & Luna is different from simply trying to remember pelvic-floor squeezes throughout the day. Take a few minutes to understand the controls, placement, intensity settings and care instructions before your first session.
Start gently.
If your device offers adjustable intensity, begin at a comfortable low setting and follow the instructions supplied with your system. More intensity is not automatically better.
Keep Luna clean.
Because Luna is an intimate-use device, follow the cleaning and storage instructions supplied with your system before and after use. Allow it to dry fully before placing it back in its storage case.
Give the routine a fair chance.
The purpose of the guarantee is to give you enough time to become familiar with the system and decide whether it fits comfortably into your life — without feeling as though you had to make that decision the moment the parcel arrived.
Listen to your body.
Pelvic-floor symptoms can have different causes. If using the system causes pain or significant discomfort, stop using it and speak with an appropriate healthcare professional.
When your 60 days begin
Your 60-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date you placed your order.
If shipping takes a week, that week does not come out of your guarantee.
One guarantee per customer
The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one qualifying refund per customer and applies only to eligible Lily & Luna Systems purchased directly through trylilyandluna.com.
Orders purchased from another retailer or third-party marketplace are subject to that retailer’s own return policy.
